By booking a package with Venus Voyage, you agree to the following terms: 1. All package prices are per person on twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change until full payment is received. 2. A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment specified at the time of enquiry is received. 3. Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, local regulations, or circumstances beyond our control; we will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives. 4. Travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof) are the traveller's responsibility unless visa assistance is explicitly included in the package. 5. Venus Voyage acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and other service providers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or service standards.
